Wow - that's a scary flight! I only experienced one that was almost that bad but it sounds like yours was worse. I did okay mostly because DS was there (he was a child) and he was violently sick from the motion. So I was concentrating on him. I also found seeing that the flight attendants weren't nervous helped. One of them ran by and dropped off a garbage bag to use instead of the little barf bag saying that it was easier to catch it all in.

143.1! Down a bit again! Woooooo Hooooooo!
Haircut and highlight this morning and then went to our favorite coffee shop with DH and DC1 for lunch. BLT on flatbread and a lavender latte. Could only eat/drink half of each!
I'm making teriyaki salmon bites with roasted Brussels sprouts for dinner. Yum!
A nap is in order on this chilly day! The dogs love nap days! Me too!
Your body has finally gotten back off the plateau you seemed to be on for a while!

Yikes Peps, that flight sounds crazy. I always keep my seat belt on because I know a few people who have experienced the drop where people go flying towards the ceiling unexpectedly. I feel pretty daring when I get up to use the restroom. My aunt was on a flight with one of the unexpected drops and the poor flight attendant broke her leg when she was thrown to the floor.
So fun that you are enjoying golf Liz. Your DH must be very happy he can share that with him. My DH is hoping I can. I'm not coordinated in any way, but I will give it a try for him.
Cute fox, but nobody needs extra critter poop on their patio.
Heartbroken to hear of another school shooting. This time in a small Christian school, grades K-12 , in Madison Wisconsin. Those poor kids. I'm sure their parents picked this school because they thought it safer for their kids in multiple ways. But the madness is everywhere. There are no safe places to gather.
I was doing all day online training again. 7 hours straight isn't conducive to learning. Its just checking off boxes that I had x hours of training. But everyone knows: Too much, too fast, won't last.
I sent DH a recipe for tuna noodle hot di**** is baking in the oven right now. I'm hoping I can vet some foolproof type recipes every so often and expand his menu choices beyond frozen pizzas.
Vikings game tonight so DH will be occupied. I might make another batch of cookies. So far I've made 4 kinds. 2 more to go if I offer my regulars.
