118.6 - 1/2 dose shot day

Yesterday it was a *****illy watching the band outside but they were really good. One of the best we have seen at that venue. Today is probably beach again after morning breakfast out and a Justice walk.

DH has a head cold now. Doesn't seem like it could be from me as mine was a true head cold over a week ago and has just been the leftover sinus infection since then (almost gone now). Tis the season, even in Florida.

I didn't have any appropriate dresses that fit with sleeves for the funeral nor did I have an appropriate sweater to wear with a sleeveless one. I won't have time to drive all the way to the house and will be staying in hotels the 2 nights I am up north. So I ordered from Amazon. Hopefully it will work as my only other option is going out to a store here and probably spending way more money than I want to for something I will never wear again.

The bus leaves at 7:30, so I better get my coffee finished and get dressed. Have a surprise Sunday!

Any thoughts on a gift for men? I am stuck on what to get 2 sons-in-law (48 and 36) and DH's grandson (almost 17). I hate just giving a gift card (would prefer something to open plus a card).

Portable air compressor to pump up car tires (don't have to go to the gas station to do it), car diagnostic tool (plug it in and it tells you what is wrong with your car), phone holder with a vacuum suction device (can mount phone virtually anywhere), I got DH an electric tape measurer that measures the distance with a laser beam and gives you a digital read out of the distance, a Stanley or Yeti cup, a rechargeable battery phone charger.

Just a few ideas! You have a lot of people to buy for! We just buy for the kids, each other and my Mom!

What brand phone holder did you choose? I was looking at the cup holder one, but then you lose access to a cup holder. When DH and I are driving together, we both almost always have a diet coke in the cup holders. :)

I didn't buy the phone holder (but want one for myself) but here is one I'm looking at on Amazon

Sorry to hear so many people are fighting viruses. We had a big wave at work a couple of weeks ago. I suppose another will kick in just before Christmas.

I hope the Amazon purchase works for you Liz. Online shopping can really come through in the clutch.

I have little to add to our conversation today, as I have done nothing but read, sleep and eat since my last post yesterday. I might run some errands today during the Vikings game.

Weight was on the low end of my range today. Still feels like a miracle.

Heading to a chamber music concert with my friend today. She had an extra ticket. Ran the vacuum around until it filled the canister and didn't cover much ground!

I didn't sleep well last night. About 20 minutes after falling asleep I woke up with a horrendous cramp running from my big toe up the front of my calf. So I shot up to walk it off, then went and guzzled water with electrolytes and struggled to get back to sleep.

Little else worth reporting here... hope everyone is well!

145.5, up .1. I entered in yesterday's weight heavy by a pound!

Skipped church this morning, plan on watching the recorded version on you tube later this evening. Going to go to an Advent program at a friend's church this afternoon.

Concert last night was great and I loved seeing DS2's former partner again. I miss him so much!

Sous Vide steak for dinner. Steak isn't my thing but DH really likes it! I'll take one for the team!

Nothing more to report! Looks like most of us are laying low today!
