118.2 - I dropped the amount in my twice a week shot a bit as suggested by the PA I met with last time. He suggested I split the dosage then if that worked well try dropping to the amount I used today. My pre-purchase should last a long time if I stay at this dose.
Chatty day yesterday! I need to go back and read later as I have to get moving. DH has a stress test in an hour.
BIL's funeral is booked so I am flying north on 12/11 for the wake/mass/luncheon on 12/12, then flying back here on 12/13. Quick trip but I am flying back there for Christmas on 12/18.
Time to shower! Have a thriving Thursday!

145.9! 145 is a normal BMI! I?m getting so close! Yay! Took my 1/2 dose shot today.
Last night?s Bible study was done via Google Meets, much like we did during Covid. Roads were cleared enough to go to Woman?s Bible study this morning. DH already made the Costco run, so not sure I need to go out in the frigid temps again today. Feels like temps are -8 to 15 with windchill! Have I ever mentioned that I hate Wisconsin winters? Thank God the summers here are just about perfect!
Need to do some on-line shopping for outdoor Christmas decorations. Our deer family has seen better days. Mama deer?s lights don?t work anymore and all 3 of the deer?s bows are faded and looking ratty. I?m thinking of maybe getting a nativity set to replace the deer. And maybe those white lighted trees! We have lighted garland and wreathes and small lighted trees that adorn our front porch.
DH just came upstairs and wants to go out for sushi lunch. Guess I will be going out in the frigid weather!
Sounds cold!!!! Congrats on less than a pound to "normal"!

Greetings!
Whoooooo I got the hippy hippy shakes! We just had a 7.0 earthquake and there is a tsunami warning. We are totally fine but the house did some serious wiggling. The ceiling fan was swinging and everything jiggling. We are not in the tsunami zone but the studio is and everyone has cleared out of there. No damage reports but I bet some of the little towns to the south have some. I had planned to go to the studio this afternoon but maybe will skip. The place is close to the bay and only about 10 feet above sea level.
So thats the excitement here. Sounds like Paula and DD are experiencing worse acts of Mother Nature with winter storms and snow. Snow is great until you have to go somewhere then it isn't. Stay warm friends. DD your thoughts on your DD's birth and related events are so touching. Amazing how life is knitted together.
White guy tacos! Thanks the only kind I knew as a kid. Then there are white girl tacos which are baloney sandwiches on white bread. Luckily there are good tacos here. Now I want some. But I bet the taco trucks were impacted by the shake.
Not much else - like that is not enough. I will check in later when I read more and know more.

Jeez, Diane ... DO NOT GO TO THE STUDIO!
I'm on a plane and just saw the news headline. So glad y'all are ok.

I used to like those baloney sandwiches (still do but don't buy the stuff).
I was in Napa when they had an earthquake in 2014. Very scary and weird.

I had a nice lunch with my friend and heard all about her round the world trip. It sounds amazing and she met some seriously interesting people who were fellow passengers. Good stories!
Diane and Lizanne, so glad the earthquake wasn't worse! I don't miss those at all.
Still unusually warm for this time of year. I'm wearing flip flops for as long as I can. Kirby and I are sitting outside enjoying the sun and warmth. I have things I should be doing and no interest in doing them! There are 10 house finches vying for space at my bird feeder. Oops, aerial fight has broken out...
Not much else going on here. I should go vacuum and be productive for a little bit!
I hope you enjoyed as much time in the sun as possible - as you said, it may not be there for long.
