Sounds like a fun trip (unlike going to a theme park LOL).

Greetings all

Check in before I go out and about today which will consist of gym and studio. It's sunny and nice here and hoping it holds tomorrow even though I will spend the entire day in kitchens and dining room of someone else's house.

Half a corn dog Liz! You are kidding!! Corn dogs are such a midwestern treat. I used to go to the state fair once a year to eat one. One year I went on a horrific midway ride with my brother that held us upside down for a bit. All I could think of was I was glad I had not yet had the corn dog. Would have lost it for sure.

And no denim at the club Liz!! Such social rigors they have.

Indeed, holidays seem to be all about food. Can you imagine some kind of holiday gathering where everyone just sat around and maybe had an iced tea? No way. My attitude is to just make it easy stuff to fix.

Yo DD nice move on the weigh in. Did you know you are not allowed to poop in Antarctica? My friend who just got back from there said you could go sleep overnight on the continent in a tent as one excursion but they gave you a bucket to pee in and NO POOP ALLOWED! So weigh yourself before going to Antarctica. Not sure what happens if you break this rule.....

Eggs consumed for the day. I know there is no nutritional difference between white and brown eggs but I swear that brown eggs crack slightly differently and are less likely to get shell pieces in your eggs. The white ones have a more chalky feel to them.

Peps 60 lbs! Thats one big lot of weight loss. Yay you. We love it.

Paula sorry it's cold for the trot but oh well. Good on you for doing this.

Time to get moving and wash my hair. DH claims he has the treadmill working here at the house but I sort of like going to the gym since it's such a nice place.

I usually buy brown eggs, but got white ones last time and what a mess I made! They were much more fragile than the brown ones. Must be why they are becoming more widely used. Less loss for them.

Antarctica now officially off any traveling destination list I ever may make.

I had a treadmill in my basement at one point. I really did NOT enjoy using it. Much better to get out one way or another IMO.
