119 - like Miss150, I have been hovering around this weight steadily for 10 weeks, and within my desired range for 19 weeks. Without counting calories! But I did have the hungry horrors a bit last night. Instead of dreaming of donuts, I dreamed of roast beef and potatoes LOL. I went to a half dose this week (with another half dose due tonight). I'm not sure if this will work but I'll give it a try for at least 2-3 weeks. The PA at HenryMeds suggested doing it (he said it can also be helpful at breaking stalls for some people).

The house got fully cleaned yesterday! So nice to have a DH who helps. Deceased DH worked too much to help before he retired, then the dementia kept him from having the skills necessary afterwards though he did try.

We are going to the Dolphins/Raiders game in Miami with friends today. It is supposed to be warm but cloudy. Probably better than full sun. Yesterday I bought a Dolphins shirt to wear.

But first, the Sunday bus to breakfast leaves at 7:30, so I better get ready. Have a superb Sunday!

The big pub crawl of 2024 with the niece is in the books, and it was awesome! It's the most one-on-one time we've spent together in a long time, and it was thrilling to observe how INCREDIBLY WELL LAUNCHED she is! I'm so proud of her for what she's accomplished, both personally and professionally. She's so thoughtful, knowledgeable, smart -- OK, I'll shut up now. :)

But boy oh boy was I hung over yesterday! For one thing, bar drinks are about twice the size of home pours. The best I can remember is that between 5:30 pm and 1:30 am I had at least five ****tails. I can do the math and am aware or how many of my brain cells I probably killed. I likely won't EVER drink that much at one time again for the rest of my life. And frankly, I'm not sure how long it'll be before I muster the courage to order a single ****tail in a bar.

But as they say, we don't regret the things we did--just the things we didn't do.

Today I will mulch leaves and keep sucking down water.

What a great visit and how wonderful that your niece has grown into a great young woman! I can't drink mixed drinks these days and try to just sip wine. I drank water in between at DD's bachelorette pub crawl which saved me.
