Weight 121. Today is shot day. Big dilemma: Do I stay at 5 ml or drop to 2.5? I have been in my range (120-125) for 7 weeks now and 5 weeks ago dropped from 7.5 to 5 ml. Hmmm...
Nice day trip to Martha's Vineyard yesterday though with all the bus/ferry/bus/car transfers it was a long one. We usually take the easier ferry and park at a friend's house nearby but because we had dinner at a restaurant not near that ferry we had to take a different one (and take a bus on this end as well as the island side).
Today the day trip involves another drive to the car dealer because my car is signaling a problem with the drivers airbag. Dreading the bill for that - seems never ending and the car only has 43000 miles on it.
Nothing else going on except that today would have been my late DH and my 43rd anniversary. So sad that neither he nor my eldest DD will be there for my youngest DD's wedding. They would have loved her fiancé.
Have a thorough Thursday (get all the Things done)!

This morning feels like a welcomed transition from chaos to semi settled. Having a more or less put togethered kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom helps a lot. The quest continues. DH delightfully figuring out just how much larger a tv he can get (negotiated a compromise on this one- he can get whatever ginormous set up he likes)--But that's it; we are now a one tv home and I, blissfully, don't have to arrange any other rooms to accommodate the bloody things.
Today's plan is to yada yada yada, but with multiple breaks in between. Continued gradual introductions to the neighbors and hoping everyone is as friendly as those we've met so far. House is deep set on an acre+ lot at the end of an L shaped dead end with nothing in back of us, so I can't imagine anything that might negatively affect good neighbor relationships. (Geeze, it's been over 40 years since I've had any neighbors- seems weird.)
Just a bit of shopping and a Thursday Bible study and then, nothing else- yay!
Liz, I know the wedding will be wonderful- I like to think that because you have DH and DD within you, they truly will be present.
Happy to be more regularly engaged here again- hope to post/check in way more often.
It sounds like you are over the worst part of moving and can do the rest more leisurely. I'm with you on TVs. One is enough for me though I have them in the guest bedrooms in Florida as it seems most of our guests are used to having one in the bedroom.
Thank you for your kind thoughts about late DH and DD. I do feel that way and it is comforting.

All is very much the same today.... Same weight.... Like Liz, today is shot day. I am upping to 12.5 this week. I will stay there as long as possible since I only have one more dosage increase available to me after this one.
Van planning is coming along. Construction should start soon. Yay! Stupid RV is still not even close to ready, so I don't think I'll be using it again at all. Makes me sad.... I do love the damn thing, but it's just not worth keeping it at my income level. I have more productive uses for that money.
Good workout yesterday. Another planned for this afternoon.
Liz, wishing you well today. Lots of emotions, I'm sure. Hugs.
That's it from here...
168 on the dot today. Headache and some nausea today. I know I?m dehydrated so I?m focusing on fluids more than calories today. I?m terrible at drinking water or much of anything! Need to do better with that!
Skipped Bible study this morning and went back to bed for 2 hours. Hope whatever is going on goes away soon.
Plan on making Red Curry shrimp for dinner. Hope I can eat some!
Miss 150, glad you are finally getting settled in the new home. We had an acre lot too. Have to be very intentional to meet the neighbors. You don?t just casually see each other at the mailboxes or on the front sidewalk.
Liz, you are always so busy with activities and visiting people! Good for you! I?m not sure I have the energy to do that much!

Sounds like a headache day. I had one too. Advil took care of it. I'm probably dehydrated as well. I don't like water, so it's a challenge.
Meeting was fine, I finished up the newsletter and am waiting for input before it's sent out.
Kirby had a walk and I didn't do much more of anything! Boring report, sorry.
Take care all!
Greetings all
It was chilly here this morning and I actually turned on the heated steering wheel in the car and considered the seats! But by the time I got to Arcata and the studio the sun was out. Go figure. I made a couple of things and surveyed the building facade project. It really does look nice. No one but me is concerned about the cost.
Stopped at the store after that. Ran into a friend I had not seen in many years. She had been really ill for awhile with some undiagnosed neurological issue. She seems pretty good now. Older and thinner but good. Somewhere I heard that it was a vitamin b6 issue. Reminds us all to get a vitamin check once in awhile.
Peps seems like you just finished getting Goat all tricked out and now a new one! Glad you have a place to do all that. Pics on TT look great.
Speaking of vehicles, the tow people come to haul our old one away saturday. Donation to NPR. It will be good to have it gone.
Paula sorry you are ailing. Good idea to lay low. Hope it all passes soon.
Bonnie new house and new tv! I never had bedroom tvs until DH came along. Single tv home! What a concept! Many years ago I handled the estate of a man who had 14 or more tvs. There were two in the master bathroom - both a his and hers tv. Also a huge projection tv in the basement. This was all before flat screens. Anyway, congrats on being moved and having neighbors. It will be fun to discover.
Thanks for posting those pictures Liz. It is indeed sad that there are loved ones who will miss the upcoming wedding.
Speaking of neighbors, our neighborhood seems to have more kids these days. Some of the houses have been sold as the old folks died out. It's nice to see and hear the kids on their skateboards. And they all have helmets! Raise your hand if you did NOT have a bike helmet as a kid. (visualize me raising hand).
Little food news. Remaining shrimp to be consumed tonight. Then comes the final frontier: search for easy to prepare food.
