I made CC's Creamy Chicken Enchilada Soup (recipe shared on Saturday). It was a huge hit for all 3 of us. Easy to make and so tasty! CC, any idea of the nutritional stats?
I find myself strategizing on how to get posts into OH. Much easier before 7 am. I write my long ones in notes and copy them. I copy comments before I press Submit. Is there someone to contact at OH to find out what the story is?
Today is busy - buy flowers for pots (and plant), bring donations to thrift shop, do miscellaneous fixes/rearranging in house, go to DH's house for cookout with family and friends in late afternoon, return early evening to meet DD and fiancé. Whew!
I need some downtime later this summer.
Have a windthrow Wednesday!

I just sent an question about the instability of OH via the Report Problem function. Should be interesting to hear what they say.

I plugged it into MFP. For 8 servings, it's 244 per serving before any optional toppings. We ended up getting 6 servings out of it, so 325 per serving.
We had the leftovers last night and my folks were planning when we could have it again. A hit for sure!
A bounce up of a pound today. Argh. Too much snacking. So no loss for this week. Today I start 10mg. I had that much left from my last vial, so I won't start the new one until next week.
Cloudy and rainy again. I also saw it was the wettest June on record for the Verde Valley, which Sedona is part of. Water, water everywhere!
Today I... well, I'm not sure what I'm going to do! I suppose it will evolve organically as the hip people say...
Off to take my very large shot!
Definitely one of the best "soups" I have had in a long time. I might be inclined to put a bit more chicken in to make it a little more robust (not a whole lot more though).

I'll have to make that soup soon! Sounds so good!
Was supposed to help harvest in the church garden this morning but woke up with quite the headache. I ate a protein bar (still planning on going) but then the nausea started. Those two combined convinced me to just go back to bed instead. I'm feeling a bit better now but still having a problem with looser BMs. I googled the symptoms with Tirzepatide and foods that can contribute (chicken, fish, dairy) is pretty much what I eat. I always heard dairy has the opposite effect! Will try to add some higher fiber fruit and veggies and maybe some nuts and see if that helps. I know my high fiber dried mangoes make me run to the bathroom without the meds so I will avoid those for now. Thankfully no cramping!
I didn't get to the scrapbooking last night but balanced 3 different checking accounts and worked on figuring out business expenses. The not so fun part of having your own business. I'll try to tackle the scrapbooking today. DH is working nights this week so sleeps during the day. He will wake up around 1-2 and needs to leave for his 12 hour shift by 5 so we don't get much time together. I think I will make chicken quesadillas for dinner (see, chicken and dairy!).
Weird how everyone is different (hence the long list of side-effects). My only negative side effects have been a bit of constipation (I am usually the opposite so it actually is okay). And a bit of lightheadedness sometimes in the morning which I think is usually due to low blood sugar when I haven't eaten enough.

Like Liz, I tend to be more plugged up (which I, too, appreciate, since like Liz, I tend to the looser side of things). That said, I find that once per month usually with the first or second injection of an increased dosage, I may have a day cramping and diarrhea. Dairy is never a good thing to eat with a bad gut, IME. Guts can be really sensitive to lactose and want it OUT ASAP!
