Wow - I read this after I posted about my MIL having Havalind china! It is so beautiful but not suited to a dishwasher so I think that might be some people's hesitation in using it.

My favorite summer day is warm but not requiring AC so all the windows and doors in the house can be open to hear and smell the fresh outdoor air.
