VSG Maintenance Group

Good morning, all!
I LOVE to snorkel. Can't do it here because the water is way too rough and cold. It was one of my favorite things when we go to Hawaii. My DH can't do it anymore as he has pretty advanced Parkinson's, but sometimes our adult daughter will come with us, and I go with her.
So I am trying to see if I can find a good FDA approved compounding pharmacy that will send Tirzepatide to CA (Emerge and Henry Meds can't) that will let me purchase by the vial rather than on a monthly subscription (I have an email into Orderly but it looks like they are monthly). Does anyone know of one?
Since I am now on maintenance, I would like to reduce the cost, if possible. Fortunately, I'm doing well on the semaglutide from HenryMeds and can stay on that---but just exploring options!
The weather is lovely here, but it's going to get hot again next week, so I'm going to enjoy the pleasant sunshine today!

I'd like the answer to this to for the future, but I did have the impression that orderly charged by shipment (not by month).
This is from the online Orderley FB group that Peps told me about. This was written by a moderator who works for Orderley on May 9: "We made many updates to the patient portal this week which many of you have started to see. We rolled things out and worked through many kinks and are hoping that most of you are all fixed now. What the change did was allow patients to decide when you want to check in for your next round of medication. This means, if you want to pu**** back, move it forward, or simply skip a month,... you no longer need to contact us. In your account, you will see something at the top that would show if you recently checked in, or it will allow you to get it started for a refill."
Also on April 6 from another Orderley person: "We are now going to be able to accept any maintenance patient (under 27 bmi - with an active prescription)"
So they say you can't start taking it as a new patient who has never taken it before if your bmi is under 27, but if you can send them a copy of an active prescription for the medication from another source you can transfer to them even if your bmi is under 27. It does seem like this is all new and they may not totally have everyone working for them trained? I sent you an FB friend request-if you accept I will invite you to that group.
I've accepted your friend request, and I think I found the group--waiting on them to approve my joining. The weird thing is--I can certainly show my current vial from Henry Meds, but it has zero refills (they all have) because they make you go through the qualification process each time they send a new one. I guess I could show history through credit card receipts. So I may have a few hoops to jump through!
