Happy Tuesday! 4 days until our next adventure in Aruba. I am looking forward to it, though I will be glad to be back and stay more or less in one place for the following 3 months.
Today is somewhat busy with a hair appointment, PT, and getting an X-ray on my knees. Through my knees are much less painful lately than they were a few months ago I want to know what the osteoarthritis status is in case they flare up again. I was caught by surprise when I found I was in the last stage of it in my shoulders by the time I saw an orthopedist about them, so I wonder what stage my knees are in.
I tried my dress for DD's wedding on yesterday along with the shoes I had ordered. They match perfectly. The dress is still a bit snug but can be zipped up. Since I plan to lose at least another 10 pounds that's a good thing as it may not require any alterations. I also finalized DD's wedding invitations and ordered them. Right on schedule (she had been bugging me about them for the last week since they were "due" to be ordered during May).
I also talked to HenryMeds yesterday and she said the meds are ready to ship so I should get a shipping notice by the end of the day today. Fingers crossed!
Not much else planned for today. As usual we have to figure out what is on the menu for the evening. I'd be just as happy with a Healthy Choice frozen meal.
Have a toothy Tuesday!
Dog show weekends have become the best for weight loss!!! LOL! I am down 32 pounds! Whoop Whoop! I got a couple of nods on th weight loss this weekend, too. That was really nice!
More later because I have to run off for school. I just had to share my good news because this morning I'm having silly, happy feelings like a little kid.

Warming up in AZ! 90 on tap for today, but the heat dome to end all heat domes has broken up and it will not be the Armageddon they were saying it would be.
I talked to my Dad and he had his appointment with a cardiologist on Friday. Apparently the hospital staff was concerned he was having congestive heart failure after the kidney infection. But the cardiologist said he is okay. Whew.
So Sunday my shoulder function was 0%, yesterday was about 20% and this morning I am relieved to see it's at about 80%+. So I can wash my hair this morning!
The roofers have already been to put the camera wires back where they should be on the roof. Kirby's trainer comes at 11:30, I have a non-profit board call at 3 and I am wondering if my car will be done today.
Still 1.2 pounds over my low, but back under 200. Eating out really messes with my weight! I bought some frozen mussels at the grocery store in white wine. $3.99! Crazy inexpensive and tasty. I'll have those for dinner.
I think that's it. Take care everyone! Happy for your weight losses and dog wins, Peps! Sounds like you're right on track for your dress, Liz!
Nothing much to report here. Weight seems to be holding steady with my weekly 3/4 of a dose of semaglutide. Our daughter, who lives in SF, came over yesterday bearing homemade sourdough bread and French onion soup with lots of croutons and gruyere. Not exactly diet friendly but SO good. And rich, so I could only eat half a bowl. I love that! Going to cook some salmon tonight.
