Well, this is turning out to be a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day! Up way too early to go pick up the rig, which is about an hour and 15 minutes away. More than halfway there I get a call from my service guy saying the rig is dead and can't be moved. The tech probably forgot to disconnect the house battery on the control panel when he was done and the battery drained. Not a big deal. Just inconvenient. So we turned around and came home.

The weather is simply awful. It is barely 50 degrees and rainy, rainy! YUCK! Dog event for today was cancelled due to rain. The extra time is a bit of a plus!

The scale went up yet another .3 of a pound. Dammit! And I was so on point with food yesterday - even got all my water in, too! I am going to attribute this to another really productive workout yesterday. If I don't, I will make myself crazy!

I also have two "broken" dogs. Both Molly and Jiffy are limping something fierce! I can't figure out where the problem is either. No swollen toes, so nothing broken, but clearly something really, really hurts them both. Jiffy started on Thursday and then Molly was limping when I got home yesterday. UGH.... Hoping they both get better with rest. Fingers crossed.

Not much else going on here. Trying to stay positive... The dismal weather is not helping!

Poor pups!

Depressing weather really is a downer.

Rain and 50 degrees is only good if you're snuggled up in bed and can keep sleeping. Otherwise, mood dampening at the very least.

Hope the dogs are on the mend. It's distressing to not be able to know what the cause is.

You are me behind by a few weeks! The frustration at not moving at this stage is irksom.

Poor pups. I wish they could talk when something is wrong...

Made it to Costco and one of my primary goals was Fairlife protein shakes and they didn't have any! That can be a frustrating store. They had Core Power, so I got a 10 pack of those, but prefer the others for more protein. Mostly I don't understand the difference, other than less protein and more expensive. So I got the rest of my list, and sat in the parking lot ordering 3 cases off their website.

Lucky for me, Costco is only 20 minutes. When they are out of Fairlife I go to customer service and ask when it will once again be in stock. If I go on the day it arrives, I always am able to get a case or two. We are limited at my Costco to two cases - sometimes even to one! I guess it all depends on the supply chain.

Greetings all

Rain here most of the day. Oh well, makes for a sleepy day for me. Had to get up earlyish because friends were coming to take our whelping box away. No more puppies here so they might as well have it. Makes room in the garage.

Then I spent some time at the studio. Studio buddy is still trying to get a house built and complains constantly about how awful it is. It is indeed stressing her out but I don't know why she doesn't just get a contractor. She has one guy working for her and at this rate it's going to take 10 years. Meanwhile I got some art pieces started and did some glazing.

No progress here on weight issues. I am ostriching big time. Just can't be bothered these days. Not a good attitude.

CC looking forward to hearing about Kirby's training. He just needs a bit of guidance.

So does the admin at DD's school system. Guidance.

Peps sorry your show got rained out. It's too crappy to be out. More of a day for hot soup and reading. Hope the pups stop limping and that they just overdid their play.

What a dumb hotel Liz, insufficient bathroom light??? Glad the event was fun.

I found this website really helpful since all of the compound providers are a little different...
