Liz, Way to go with banishing 3 years of regain!! It is doubly impressive because I believe you are right to think it's harder when your food choices and number of eating opportunities are not completely in your control. Good on you!

My head is in a much better state today-frantic notifications and changes taken care of. No openings at DMV (only appointments- no walk ins since Covid) so waiting till Monday. No problem.

Off to do a little yard work in between the rain- still too wet to spray the Poison Ivy.

It's a lovely north coast day here and seems like everyone is out mowing the lawn. I have calls in to a couple of yard services as we really need it. DH did the front but the back is a hay field. Will see who calls me back. I so hate having to deal with this stuff.

DH had lunch with the husband of our friend who has been hospitalized for so long. She is finally home but needs help and continued dialysis. She does have some kidney function and it seems to be improving so there is some hope there. I think they got a lift chair for her and some other stuff. I will give it a few days before I call or do anything.

Spent some time at the studio doing glazing. Somehow I got there thinking it was Thursday and asked about kiln space and our technician was highly amused. He asked how I could not know it was Friday. I told him I lead a very unstructured life. True enough. I did know its Friday but had a momentary brain fart.

Hope you had a good training day CC with Kirby. Bet he loves it.

Tee Hee Peps Buster has a new job. Fond memories of Chip doing the same thing.

Listened to an NPR program about old lady muscle loss and the need for protein. They had some formula of grams protein to weigh which I have forgotten but it was a good reminder of what I need to get back to. Drinking Fairlife milk as we speak.

Apparently they have robot security guards at the conference DS is working at. LOL - robot everything!
