I hear you on the protein. I had a hard boiled egg around 9:30 or 10:00. Now I'm sipping a fairlife protein befor trying to eat a chicken sandwich. I'm not really hungry, so doing the Fairlife first at least gets some additional protein in.

late iPad check in. Great day with nephew. He and DH are now howling in the other room watching old Naked Gun movies. They are like little kid.

lunch at marina. Local crab. Then the Redwood Skywalk at Sequoia park zoo. It's really cool. Look it up.

friend having heart bypass surgery Monday. Send good energy.
