Your plans for your nephew remind me of my visits with my Aunts. I had 2 aunts that were incredibly important to me growing up. They saved me in some ways. My Dad's sister, who I am named after, and his brother's wife. Both of my Dad's siblings have passed, but I am still very close to his sister in law. She's the aunt I traveled with this summer, and as she has no children, I have power of attorney if she is incapacitated. Your Jordan is lucky too, that he has an aunt like you in his life.

I'm getting a mild cold. Boo hiss. I can't put the tissue box on the table next to me because Kirby steals it and pulls all the tissues out.
The roofers came this morning and couldn't find an obvious source of the leak. They sealed up a few suspicious spots, and we can hope that does the trick. Just the nicest guy who is the team leader! Very professional and didn't make me feel bad for calling for what may not be a leak. It might just be cracking drywall, but why it would it do that with no impetus seems odd. They had to use a leaf blower to get all the snow off the roof. Rain, hail, snow, thunder, lightning. It was a crazy day yesterday. Stormy again this afternoon.
LillyDirect is now out of all doses of Zepbound. Everyone seems to be struggling to find it anywhere. Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS out of the 3 lowest doses too. Some people are calling 30 pharmacies in a radius and not finding it. I called Costco and they have it, so asked my doctor to send it there. 3 hour round trip unfortunately, but better than not getting it at all. So leaving JoinFridays might come back to bite me! I can always rejoin. I don't think the Oprah special will help availability though no one who jus****ched that would be on my dose, so any effect will be in the coming months.
Scale was up a pound today. I think this is going to be a bust of a week weight loss wise. Some say changing your injection site makes a difference. I seem to do better in my arms than stomach. This was a stomach week because I was nervous about the syringe and twisting to do it in my arm. I haven't tried the thigh yet. Anecdotally on the interwebs, that seems like the least effective.
Two more baby scorpions in sticky traps. Yuck.
I think that's it for me! I'm going to go dig out some cold medicine...
Take care all! And take the pain meds, Liz! After my plastics when I was on all manner of drugs, my surgeon had me take a daily Colace stool softener. Less urgent than a laxative.
