I must be! I think there were some things the house was due for when they sold that I've had to do and some is just this climate is really harsh. 100 degree temperature span from lowest to highest, freezing and baking, dry, and at 5000, the sun is strong. And this kind of flat coated roof is not long lasting unlike a pitched asphalt shingle or tile roof. After 30 years of homeownership, these are my first roof leaks. So I was probably due!
