Greetings all

The sun is almost out today and it's reasonably calm. Nothing like last night which was awful. Power came back on about 5 pm so we could watch tv and microwave dinner. But overnight the rain and wind and hail got worse. Does not bother us but poor Tesla was in a complete state of terror. On and off the bed over and over, noisy when crated, practically bounding off the walls. I did finally give her some CBD oil. Should have done it earlier. So it was a sleepless night for us due to her behavior. Need a new plan. Hail here is wimpy and little and nothing like the midwestern golf balls but it's noisy just the same.

Yikes Liz, not cool about the knee. Is it inner knee or outer knee? Once I fell skiing and had a sharp pain in inner right knee. Dr. said it was the medial corollary tendon and he said people often felt a pop if it was broken. Mine was just strained and needed rest. But don't mess around with it. Stay off and get treatment.

Not sure whats on for today. May go to studio. Hopefully it's not underwater. It's in an industrial area and it's only about 10 feet above sea level. More likely just some giant puddles.

CC not cool that the new scale is inaccurate. Have fun checking out landscapes. My favorite part of neighborhood walking was always checking out everyone's gardens. Fun. Any balloons?

Got a message yesterday that my 401k distribution request was received, complete and will begin payment as requested. Whew. Feels like a big deal. 30 years of saving money that was sort of beyond touching. Aging is real.

Leftover take out mexican food last night. No clue whats for tonight. Much interesting thought on processed food. Yeah velveta is off my list but fine traditional cheeses are a must. Health food store has a selection of raw milk cheeses. Raw milk seems like a bad idea but maybe I will read labels and see how much junk is in regular cheese.

We watched the first episode of Elsbeth last night. Kind of cute. Spin off from The Good Wife which we have no****ched but might.

Not much else. The laundry is screaming at me.

CBD oil really works? I thought about getting it during my beagle's last years because she could be very nervous especially in a car but she was pretty old by the time I was contemplating it. She no longer had to be in the car for long rides - I didn't take her with us to Florida in her last year because I was afraid she wouldn't survive the trip.
