"...eat foods that can remember what they were." I like that phrasing!

How much longer do you have on the Tamoxifen? Is it a 5 year course? Minimizing cancer recurrence beats losing weight fast every time!

I've been on it for 3 years. 5 years is the goal, but if you are tolerating it (except for the weight I am), some doctors are stretching it as long as 10.

Greetings

minimalist check in. Our power has been off for nearly 5 hours. Tesla had apt for shots and it was barely drizzling when we arrived but pouring when I Left. Some hail built up at curbs. We have a few lights going on impulse power (ie big batteries) but not much going on. How are we supposed to microwave dinner.?

dr jossart used to say if a food package had more than three ingredients you should probably not eat it. I am wondering if cheese is considered uhp food.

I want to look into semiglutides but not sure which avenue. My doctor seemed open to it. Links please if you have them.

poor Tesla is wigged by the storm. Rats, I want tv.

From what I read, I think American cheese is ultra-processed but most other cheeses are just processed. And the cheeses that are the least processed are feta cheese, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese and goat cheese.

Asus Ming you are on some sort of Medicare, you may have to pay 1100-1200 a month out of pocket if your doctor prescribes a GLP-1 for weight loss (though not if prescribed for type 2 diabetes). That's why I am looking at the compounding route like Peps.
