One more month gone. And one more full day in Vegas. My knees aren't looking forward to walking around much so we will have to find something indoors to do. I have also started taking ibuprofen to see if I can calm them down.

Standing for 4 hours on concrete at the show in the sphere did not help, but the show was absolutely fantastic. U2 gave a great performance on its own, but then with the technology all around it was just phenomenal. I need to find a few good clips among the many I took last night and put them up on FB. I didn't realize we would be standing the entire time and might have worn different footwear if I had. Oh well, my legs and feet seem to have mostly recovered.

Tonight we go to the Beatle Love Cirque du Soleil show. It is an early show which is good since we were up until past midnight last night.

I didn't realize it was a standing venue! That would definitely have been good to know in advance.

The rain has paused for a day. I imagine the film crew is out shooting though no reports of where yet. The local news outpost usually keeps us up to date. They are not where they were a few days ago as I went by my bank and all was open. I went to the studio and glazed a few things.

DH is doing ok and I think is rested up. He thought the garage man was coming back this morning.They did not show up and I called and they thought we needed a few days. Not sure where the miscommunication was but DH sometimes gets it wrong. Oh well. Tomorrow I guess. He insisted I get up early to be ready to write a check. So I may need a nap.

I made the Eggface ricotta bake last night and it was great. Put cheddar cheese into the ricotta and parmesan on top. I need to remember that item more often as it is keto friendly and protein rich. Best part is there is more for tonight.

So we are in a sort of pause from all the take out food which is a good thing. DH goes to lunch with the boys tomorrow so no telling what will come home.

The Big Bear eagles have laid a third egg! They usually only do two so this is unusual but not unheard of. But sometimes they all don't survive. Facebook page is all wigged out over it.

Not much else. I need to get back to adult chores like tax stuff and gallery banking. Oh fun.

Liz a 4 hour standing concert! Sympathy to your knees. I can't believe they did not tell you that! Are they all like that? Enjoy the beatles show.

There are seats too, but general admission (which was $300 a ticket) was standing.

I would love to see U2, but I honestly don't know if I could stand for 4 hours. The last time we went to a venue that didn't have seats, I found a half wall to sit on. Everyone else I was with stood, so I guess we were all happy. I hear great things about the Beatle show.

Diane sounds like things are actually pretty busy at your house. It's good to have a few reliable recipes that are healthy, and more importantly, taste good and come together easily. I haven't looked at egg faces site for some time. I wonder if it's still there? Might be worth checking out.

Today went smoother. Turned out our friends forgot about our concert plans too! So we're staying in tonight. Very good, because I am so tired. It seems all I am good for during the week is to go to work, and then come home, and do it all again the next day. One thing I can say about my job, I am rarely bored when I'm with students! So much is going on with them all the time, whew! Keeping up requires concentration. Not being bored is a good thing, but maybe it doesn't need to always be so fast-paced. Anyhow, tomorrow is Friday, and I go to Florida in 22 days.

I sure hope we can order up some great Florida weather for you!

My feet have recovered but none of us were willing to walk very far yesterday. We ubered to and from the Beatles show.
