We did Cambria countertops in both houses in MI. Very nice product! Made in the USA.

I'm guessing if I used this technique at my job it would be bad? Yeah, probably shouldn't.

I guess you go to wine tasting with a chef at your own risk! The vendors were probably happy to have his palate at their tasting.

So, so cold. I was outside about 20 seconds grabbing my paper from the driveway. DH has been watching non stop Wild Card football. He's going to take a break tomorrow and we're going to a movie.

I'm reading a book about a family who took 9 months to do a "gap year" and travel around the world. Making me go hmmmm, and igniting dreams for retirement.

We have our vacation in Orlando the end of February. We thought about going earlier in the month, but with the wacky weather this year, I think it's a good choice. It should be reliably warm by then. We are going to stay at the Melia brand in Celebration. New to us. Our requirements are a pool, loungers, a pool bar, and a balcony and a fridge in our room. We have a 1 bedroom suite, so exceeds basic requirements.

For spring break (1st week of April), we are going to Nashville. We've never been, and are excited by the live music opportunities. We have plane tickets, but no accommodations yet. Have any of you spent any time in Nashville?

I loved Nashville. I went the first time in May 22 with DH and Justice. I also went for 3 days with the SILs this past September. I stayed twice at Holston House, a Hyatt boutique Hotel. Just a block off the main strip and 1/2 the price. Very comfortable and they have a really nice rooftop pool. We found it easy to walk most everywhere we wanted to go.
