Three sleeps before we fly north. It is going to be cool for Florida today (65 is the high). We will run errands today and vacuum after our Justice walk. Tonight we meet friends for dinner. We have carefully planned our meals for the week to ensure that we don't have leftovers in the refrigerator when we depart.

No news on any proposal by my DD's boyfriend up north. I think DD feels that it has to happen now or never. Hopefully the boyfriend agrees.

DH has been complaining about Justice begging. He always sits by his side when we eat (never mine). He doesn't lunge but does eye the food adoringly. And DH ALWAYS gives him a taste. I have explained that he is rewarding Justice for begging but it doesn't stop him LOL. But better than DS's cat who apparently mortally wounded a mouse then chased it under the refrigerator at 5 am this morning. DS had to pull out the refrigerator to get at it so there wouldn't be dead mouse smell in the house a few days later. Yuck!

Time to get motivated. Have a mild Monday!

Kirby was actually fun yesterday! Amazing what a reasonable number of tinkles and accidents can do for your enjoyment of animal...

Not much occurring today. A shower would be nice. Have to write up my treasurer's report. Do a little training with Kirby. That's about it.

Yeah for the water schedule. Kirby was probably getting tired of having to be all the time. Now there's more time for puppy hijinks.

Another sunny crisp day here. Many in a row now and rain is no doubt lurking. The ocean was super sparkly today and sunsets have been amazing.

I went to the studio today to pick up finished work and glaze a few things. Lots of people working. I would ordinarily have picked up payroll today but the accountant office is doing some remodeling so must wait. Tuesday is usually payday but accountant has been faster lately. Just means I have to do do some extra driving tomorrow to get checks delivered. I will be going to scrabble tomorrow which was canceled last week due to our hostess not feeling well. Anyway after studio I went to the bank to get small bills for the gallery then on to the gallery to deliver new work and do banking.

Dead mouse Liz!! Of course the cat put it in an inaccessible place. Thats what they do. RIP Mr. Mouse.

Wow looks like Peps really cleaned up with Molly at the dog shows. Yay.

CC that puppy is so darned cute. I was watching him eat from his snuffle mat on FB. The thing that slows down his eating. I had the thought that maybe someone should invent such a thing for people to slow us down eating. But I am glad the water restriction thing is working. He is just an enthusiastic little guy!

Shrimp and pasta last night. More of the same tonight. I picked up some cauliflower pasta at the health food store sale but did not cook it yet. need to read the label and see if it is really any better.

Brother is still overseas. Treatment started today but I have not heard how it went. We shall see.

Many good thoughts for your brother. I hope his treatment brings only good news.

Maybe what your DH means is he wishes Justice wasn't so good at begging, because he can't resist slipping him a treat.

BFF is back in town, but not staying at our house yet. We invited her for dinner, and had a nice time catching up. I was thinking about Botox, which she has used for 10 years. Now I'm not so sure. She had a botox failure, they injected it a bit too low, and now she can't smile!! It will take about 2 months to wear off. So maybe not. And I guess what I am not liking is the saggy jowls, that's not really a botox fix. More like a face lift, which I'm not really seeing as a possibility, at least not right now.

Tomorrow starts 3 mornings in a row that I have a 7:15 am meeting. Not my favorite. Friday will be extra sweet.

The botox was probably not injected too low, but more than likely whoever did the injecting used way too much and it seeped down and affected her ability to smile. Daxxify is the way to go anyhow! Much better than botox in my opinion!
