Greetings all

Long Live the Lizard! Preferably outside. Makes me think of when I went to the old cemetery in Paris to see the grave of Jim Morrison. Little arrow signs with Lizard on them. And all kinds of weird people plus kids who were not even born when the Doors were around.

Talk about your atmospheric river! This morning it absolutely poured. The kind of rain that is so heavy it is usually not sustained. Buckets. But it's cleared off now. Tesla was in a panic due to heavy rain.

DH had doctor apt today. His legs have been swollen and he does not feel great. Going in for some kind of ultrasound heart test. He says he also got some compression socks but I have yet to see them. I hope he gets this sorted out. Also is referred to some kind of vascular doctor. But he was well enough to brave costco so we have shrimp tonight.

Liz what exactly is the ice machine? I had visions of a refrigerator device but assuming thats not it. If it relieves pain I am all for it. And rats to that restaurant for bad service and response.

CC good for you for slowly introducing the vacuum. A big deal to puppies. Enjoy puppy class.

Peps nice that you have a fun litter. Mush eaters. Talk about the eat it and wear it club! Sounds like your fitness activities are going well.

DD so good that you have a plan for Christmas Eve. Coming up with stuff is indeed a challenge. Being settled on something is indeed a peaceful feeling.

I have not said much about weight and eating lately because I am just not in the head space. But for my own good I need to get there as I feel tired and sore and that won't change without without some effort on my part. I continue to walk the treadmill and even though I hate it I am able to make myself do it because I have less pain overall if I do so. Note to self: a bit of self care is important.
