Ugh, it all sounds awful! One time I got way too close to needing cortisone in my ankle/arch. Whew, thank goodness it did not come to that. I don't envy any of these treatments!

Arch might win the "GAH!! Award" for worst location for a cortisone injection. Feels like the lower body equivalent of a needle in the eye.
