Greetings
late check in on iPad. Gallery duty today which was pleasant. Met some fun people. Also did my walk in the gallery when we had no customers.
steak dinner. Then we watched a movie "no one will save you". Creepy and stupid. Dh owes me. Don'****ch it.
also studio board meeting. Retirement benefits are totally driving our directors decisions. Dd and peps be glad you have retirement systems that are good. You all earned it.
cc all those animals! Fun. Does your camera run at night? Here is the lesson I learned from my previous very large home: the bigger it is the more work plus the more house guests you will get, like it or not. Raccoons in the fountain? My friends fed their raccoons. Now a bear shows up.
liz hope humidity drops. Glad book club has good people
ddsorry your students have loss. Losing parents is bad at age 40 but what is it like at age 15.? Sad. Families are so broken in many ways
not much else but I did buy more roasted chicken legs. So I guess my plan is treadmill walks, tuna salad and chicken legs. I am not weighing at home so we shall see. But the painin my legs has decreased since I started the walks. So that's my motivation. Walk= less pain. No brainer
more tomorrow when I have desktop. Take care all.diane. S
Thanks for the warning on the movie!
Funny about pain - I always walk about 3 miles in the mornings but still can be achy when I get out of bed. I commented to DH this morning that I haven't been achy at all lately. Is it the bed here OR is it the corticosteroid injection in my shoulder helping in other places somewhat???
But keeping up with walking makes such a huge difference vs not. My grandmother walked every day until her last year or so and lived to almost 101. I credit her level of activity for keeping her going (and keeping her brain functioning well too).
