Oh, well.... I fly in the evening of August 23rd and fly home on the 28th.... The shows are the same 4 days that you will be away in Missouri. Booooo....

Greetings all

The sun is out today but the fog is also battling for attention. I drove up to the gallery - 7 miles- to do some gallery stuff. In those seven miles the first half was fogged in and the second sunny. The fog seems to be staying close to the water though little puffs sometimes sneak in closer.

Summer colds! Sorry Liz and DD that you have to put up with that. Colds are just as crappy year round. Zinc lozenges seem to help me. Ditto rose wine. Liz sounds like you deserve a no plans day. And DD that deck sounds wonderful. Like being in a tree house! Many years ago I had this apartment that was 2nd floor and surrounded by trees.

So I did a lot of other errands today including taking a bunch of books over to the senior center. They seemed pleased to get them. Lots of mystery novels. Reminded me of my now deceased friend Bruce. He read loads of novels and then he would take a post it note, write a three sentence review and give the book a grade.WE all shared these books in the bridge group. These notes were in the front of each book. I ran across a few of these in packing stuff up. I decided to leave them in the book for someone to enjoy.

CC crabby woman will likely soon implode. Meaning she will get angry over some nothing deal and quit. Kind of you to recognize the service of the other family.

Well still more books to sort and toss. The more I look the more I toss.

We started a series last night "A Small Light". It's the story of a woman who was friends with Anne Frank and her family and how she helped them. Very good series.

Oops just remembered another errand that has to be done today. Gotta go unplug the car!
