Good morning! Hot and sunny again today! We are going to brunch near the arboretum where I almost died last week. I hope I don't have flashbacks.

We leave here Tuesday. Current plan is to go see my parents the following day, so we make sure we fit that in before we head off to Mexico. As the date to return home closes in, I can feel some of the real world concerns start to settle in on my shoulders a bit. Can't be in vacation mode forever.

Time to get ready for brunching!

You and your DH are definitely replacing us as the active travelers! It is beautiful today. You will have to send me the name of that restaurant in Rockport as it sounds like a lovely place.

We have had a great visit with DSD (my step-daughter with my deceased husband). We went to the beach yesterday, had oysters for happy hour at the very close place we like to go to, then had dinner on the water in the next town. This morning we just had a great walk on the beach but we were all very warm when we got back.

I think I am developing another sinus infection (the second in the last 6 months). Though I used to get them frequently years ago it has been a long time so I wonder why I am back in this mode now. Time to go get a steroid spray to send it on its way.

Happy Sunday! We started with pancakes and bacon, my folks' must-have Sunday breakfast. At least it's only 2 small pancakes per person. Small rationalization by me... They left for a multi-day boat trip after.

Gorgeous day that started with some rain. It's not hot, but a bit humid for my liking.

The event went well last night and we raised a lot of funds for future projects.

Not much else going on here other than a nap in the sun...

Another sunny breezy day here on the north coast. It's the weather we live for here and why tourists come here. It's amazing how many foreign tourists we get at the gallery. Even so when I stopped in the studio today it was packed. Usually on a nice weekend day people are outside elsewhere. Make pottery when it's cold and rainy.

The floor project is getting real. Too real. Too much junk and no where to put it. The student work line turned out not to be correct. But there is some other thing called Teen Challenge that might work. Will check. All the dust that this is kicking up is driving my allergies nuts.

Roast beef and tiny potatoes made a good dinner last night. More tonight.

DD so glad you are seeing all the sites in MA and going to mexico. GL on the visit to parent figures.

CC bacon and pancakes! Sounds good to me. Glad the folks have the boat back and can take a trip. Sounds like fun.

Kiln opens tomorrow. I can't remember what I have in it so it will be a surprise. Gotta make more stuff and raise prices. I keep running out.

Late shout out. We have been watching the series " A Small Light" on National Geographic. It's the story of a young woman who helps hide Anne frank during well. IRS a wonderful series. Well worth seeing. We watched3 tonight. Diane s
