So cool that the Wegovy is working so well (I admit I am jealous).

What a fantastic time last night with Shirl and her DH. I think we have to come back!

Bondi Beach is a real beach town. Cool little bistros and surf shops. It must be packed here in the summer. Our guesthouse accommodation was adequate and convenient but not much more. There isn't even a way to control the heat! We are actually moving to a hotel in Sydney for tonight close to where our afternoon tour is (very close to the Sydney Opera House). It will also be more convenient getting back to the airport late tomorrow afternoon. We made the reservation this morning as we mutually decided not to spend another night in this place.

I only ate half of everything last night which made me feel virtuous but it still probably was way more calories than I needed. I REALLY need to get my act together once we are settled at home. So jealous about the Wegovy...

I had hoped for sun today but its not quite there. It was an errand day after I made up the bank deposit for the gallery. $1800 so it's good. $20 bills come in like ones and there are stacks. Grateful for the night deposit box.

Next it was off to CVS for my favorite coffee. It was on sale yet again so I got 3 bags. Seems like it goes on sale every time I run out. ***** du jour: the way CVS puts every single vitamin item on sale at once and there is a bright tag hanging on the above shelf which obscures each item. A sea of tags with no items visible. You have to lift each one and look under it.

Final errand was for a few grocery items. I picked up some sweet pea plants so hoping I can gt DH to clean up the planters.

Peps so sorry your dad fell. Percocet likely to blame. My grandmother had a hip replaced at age 89 and it went well. But he sure does not need the pain and difficulty. Wishing the best to you as you are flying solo.

DD the wegovy sounds great. Proves my theory that hunger and eating are biochemical issues and not just a a matter of personal discipline. Keep it up and enjoy the day.

Liz and Shirley I love the pictures and that you had a meet up. You both looked so happy and glowing!. More fun please.

Not much else. Steak tonight. I resisted the urge to buy enchiladas from the deli. Must cook what I have.
