Greetings all
Things are getting back to normal for me. A four day trip and I act like I went to the moon. It was easy travel so I am lucky.
So today was the usual errands. Picked up studio payroll and then went there and did some glazing. Caught up on gossip. Then I had to drive to Eureka to pick up a prescription (which I will move to the local pharmacy). Finally a trip to the health food store. Yay they had the wonderful chicken pot pies which had been unavailable for a couple of months as the guy who cooks them broke ribs. It's overcast but dry and cool here - I like it. Not Palm springs which is wonderful but I could never survive.
Tomorrow is a studio board meeting so I must review finances. Looks like we have money in the bank so thats good.
Liz sorry you don't get the over water room. something I have always wanted to do. Yeah they should refund. But find some other fun.
Peps by all means go to doctor. Foot doctor? I think I told you I had a bout with tendonitis in one ankle a year or so ago. I had to wear this big ski boot for a month but I did it and it worked. Dr. said it's serious and sometimes needs surgery. So if you are lucky there is a boot in your future. I wore a smaller ankle wrap for quite a while but that was nothing. Anyway I sure hope it gets well. Don't mess around. And yay Blitz. He is #1 in lots of ways!! To all, I repeat myself but an owner handled best in show is a big F-ing deal!!
CC I am not sure I could have tossed home made sour dough. But good on you for doing that. Remind yourself it's just a few cups of flour and not a bar of gold. Glad you had a good time with your new friend.
Not much else. My brother's sleek contemporary uncluttered homes are inspiring me to de junk. Wonder how long this urge will last.
Cheers. DD hope you are getting spring big time. Diane S
Survived my 7:15 am IEP meeting, and the rest of the day too.
Thank heavens for DH's gentle prodding to get me to go workout. When it gets warmer, he'll go bike riding after work. I asked him if he will still work out with me, and he said, Why? Don't you want to go workout? I said No, I don't want to. Its just one more thing on a list of other things I did today that I didn't want to do! Haha, how can he not know this, as I whine all the way to the car? He must be focusing on the cheerful happy version of his wife leaving the gym. I really do feel so much better afterwards. Such good stress relief. So I will keep going, but I'm still going to grumble on the way.
I feel exactly like that when I go to workout - I hate going but feel great afterwards. Why does that not translate into enthusiasm about going???
