Greetings all

Liz we are all loafing about on a gloomy Sunday. It was pouring rain here earlier but it seems to have stopped. Studio buddy is supposed to come over to have DH help her with electronics. She is getting to be a rather needy person; unaware that everyone has life issues. Oh well. I can sit and play computer scrabble while they work.

I just ate my third meal of the pad thai I brought home Friday. There is more left. I normally don't think of noodles as very filling - a slider food - but these seem to be. Maybe it's because they seem a tad undercooked. Anyway I cant eat a bunch so thats good.

Interesting CC that your hands feel better on low carb. Carbs seem to be the demon on every level. My hands hurt a lot lately and maybe thats why. Yet another reason to cool it.

There is plenty I could be doing today but oh well. Studio buddy has just arrived so time for chaos. More later maybe. Diane S
