Oh boy - water leaks are the pits!

Greetings all

It's cloudy and windy here but the good news is that an eaglet has hatched! It's the one on the Minnesota DWM. It's wiggly vigorous looking chick and its being fed fish which it eagerly eats. Yay.

Not much new. I just did my treadmill walk. Was tempted to skip due to sore legs today but managed to get it in.

Shirley welcome back. We all so loved your travel posts. What a great trip. Awesome stuff. Glad you shared. And I am convinced that major walking is a key to weight control. I know I have mentioned my gelatto and pizza laden trip to Italy where I gained no weight. Hence part of my effort to walk.

CC good luck in the water leak detection. Dogs have been trained to detect leaks in underground gas lines. Wish they had trained dogs for this too. Hope it's soon fixed. It makes sense that there should have been a geyser with that amount!Home ownership. Always something.

Yeah we are all sickened by yet another school shooting. So sad.

My grandmother died just 2 months shy of her 101 birthday. She never went to a gym or lifted weights but she always walked as much as she could. I have always believed that it was the secret to her longevity (along with some good genes).
