It is HOT and sunny today. The breeze we had yesterday died down. Our friends went to visit someone today so we are going to the beach for the afternoon. Not much else on the agenda. Have a satisfactory Saturday!

We are on our way to see Hello Dolly redux thanks to free tickets. I had an amazingly relaxing Friday evening, and slept so well. Noticing when I can step away from work, mentally, things feel very different. Now my only thought is, am I going to get all my chores done this weekend if I blew off Friday night, and today seems pretty full too? I guess I get to laundry, that would be the most important. There, already talked myself out of being anxious again. :)

My very low key work outs have done a world of good. Because I feel better, I can see that I am voluntarily moving more than I was the last couple of months.

I stopped the Topamax, it worked initially, but I've seen no weight loss in the last few months, even with tracking, planning. I didn't feel it was worth the risk of kidney stones, since I was experiencing the side effect of dehydration. Had it still been leading to weight loss, I would have really concentrated on fluids, and kept going. But no need to go through crazy paces if no weight loss. So what's next in the fight against regain. Not sure, but I'm not giving up.

I wonder if it was dehydration that made me dizzy? I still have the rest of the pills in case I want to try them again.

Sitting outside in the sun watching golf on the tv. This morning we braved all the hikers on the road (who are going to be insanely muddy at the end of the day) to go to the post office, grocery store and UPS store. Lots of water sounds as the snow is melting off the roof and coming down the drains. I made quesadillas for lunch to use up leftover chicken. Really good. I just made two small ones and cut them up for three.

That moon was sure bright last night!

Not much else going on, which is nice!
