It is another beautiful day here. Mid-eighties and breezy. Our friends arrived in time yesterday and we spent the afternoon at the various popular Key West spots including Mallory Square at sunset. Today we are going to the No Name pub on a key near us for lunch, then to the beach at Bahia Honda (also not far from here).
Time to get dressed and take the Justice walk. We can walk from this key (Cudjoe) to the next one (Summerland) via a special fishing bridge - beautiful breezes while crossing the water.
Have a fantastic Friday!

The sun is out!
The A/V guys are coming back today to finish up. Not knowing when, I was up earlier than I guess I needed. At least it's a beautiful morning!
Excited to see Shirley's travel pics. I've never been anywhere in Asia.
Food is okay, and I need to move more. A walk today I think. Take care all!
I love your view! I don't think I am a person who needs the water. This photo does more for me than Liz's gorgeous Key view. Looking at the wilds of Sedona bring me such joy. It's a so much prettier than the low AZ desert. I love the red rock mesas, outcroppings, etc.... I am a country boy at heart, I guess. If there were just NO SNAKES I would like it even better. LOL (PS - I only care about the snakes for the dogs.... I can avoid them and let them go in peace. I just worry for my dogs. Terriers and rattlesnakes are not a good mix.)
I agree with you on the beauty of Sedona but I still need water close by most of the time LOL. Maybe because I am a Pisces ;)
Greetings all
Overcast day here which works for me. I am not a sun worshiper but enjoy it as long as I am shaded. But Key West still looks great.
Snakes are not great. I am only afraid of ones that are known to be poisonous or if unknown. Yeah Peps, terriers and snakes are a recipe for disaster. Remember a few years back when Tesla bit the head off a snake in our yard and flipped the decapitated corpse onto the deck?
But I do love your view CC. I would never get tired of that - snow or no snow. Hope the HVAC stuff gets fixed.
So DH went to the new Asian restaurant. He says it's excellent and he brought home a load of stuff. Pad Thai for me; one of my favorite things. So dinner is done. He also made a run to target. No telling what he bought. And his friend, Jerry (mr. meat and potatoes) actually liked the asian restaurant.
Speaking of Asian food, I am enjoying Shirleys posts from Vietnam. I had to look up bhai mi or whatever it was they have for breakfast. Some kind of asian ham sandwich. Sounds good. There is an Asian sub food stand here and I always wondered what they have. Now I have some idea.
So DH also ordered one of those passive exercise machines - electronically causes muscles to flex. We shall see. Sounds like exercise for the incredibly lazy.
Still tossing clothes. I might just have to bite the bullet and throw them in the trash even though some are still good.
So it's Asian fusion food for dinner tonight. And my favorite recipe - open fridge and microwave whatever you find.
Cheers all. Diane S
We will look forward to your reports on this passive exercise thing - somehow it seems like everyone would have them if they really work well???
Liz, that sounds so lovely, the walking bridge. I am water view type all the way. Ocean, lake, river, stream, creek, pond, pool, and fountain if the other bodies of water aren't available. My adopted sister, who lives in Utah, has a gorgeous pond/ mountain view off her deck. Visiting her I learned mountains, like water, also have shifting light play across them all day. Beautiful. So a mountain view is a mesmerizing thing too.
One good thing about our weather, no venomous snakes, except in some rocky cliffs by the Mississippi in southern Minnesota, very, very limited area. No spiders or other creatures either. All the creepy crawlies are not dangerous.
