Why do they care if, when, or how other people eat? So if we feel impulses to engage in secret eating, well who has taught us this? All of the people who can't just mind their own plate.
Yep! My DH does this too. I eat my small amount. He eats a bunch of eggs with lots of meat and muffins. So he is full for a long time, but I need something in a few hours. But I can only eat 1/2 sandwich which he doesn't totally get. But he is learning.
