Well, no sun and porch basking in this part of CA.... Though i can boast 50 degree and overcast weather, which for February 2, is pretty normal by our standards. i do not envy you the next few days.

Nor I as you grieve with your friend over the loss of his sweet pup. Despite the deep freeze, I'm going to venture out tomorrow with some good company to the little wine bar we like so much to listen to music and enjoy some charcuterie, so it's not all suffering! Although 50 does sound like heaven : )

I just can't mentally generate a picture of what -30 feels like! At 30, I'm grumbling. Your diet coke comment made me laugh - Good for you drinking a La Croix!

I guess all those supplements and water drinking are for a purpose? I get lax especially on the water. Good luck with the cold - even the 60's feels cold to me these days (I am definitely a wimp) !
