Read an quote today that spoke to me:

The life you want is on the other side of the **** you don't want to do. (Its the s word it keeps blocking out)

I think for me, that means working out. I'm going to keep this in mind. Its not about skinny or how I look anymore, its about strength and mobility. The life I want requires strength and mobility. Better go get it.
