Greetings all

The sun is out here in Northern California along with rainbows. Brief break in the storms so I ran errands and stopped in the studio. Nice to catch up on gossip and new classes are starting. Last night was a ***** as it was really windy and there was thunder. I would not care except Tesla just panics and goes in a corner and digs the carpet. Our neighbor's old fence blew down. Our new one is fine. There are still broken trees all around. Some places that had power restored have lost it again. Makes me wonder what they have made this grid out of - chicken wire and chewing gum!

CC glad you had help with gunk removal. Is your water high calcium or high iron or all of the above? Water filters make sense. Sounds like you are truly making your palace your own place though gunk cleaning is not high on the home decorating list. Hope some balloons come soon.

Liz good on your DS for helping out SiL. You raised him right. SIL son might be one of those people who does not know how to deal with difficulty so just ignore it. But still... Anyway, glad you and Justice got to have a "moment".

Yow Shirley, Vietnam and Cambodia! What a wonderful trip. Ride a water buffalo?? Might be fun. Years ago I was up close to some in the Philippines. But no ride. I understand that every few hours they have to go sit in water and if you don't take them, they just go anyway. I remember seeing little tiny kids tending them. Anyway we all look forward to hearing about your trip.

Peps hope you are safe and dry. Way too much water. Hope you are getting a break from it as we are for the moment.

DH is busy watching Ancient Aliens. Pass

And CC, we started watching the Recruit. Great show. thanks.

All manner of minerals etc! It's well water so all sorts of calcium, iron, etc. Everything that gets regularly touched by water turns white.
