MI Guy is shocking...... Maybe he should step down from being president if he cant handle what it entails. Thats very poor form indeed. You will glad to see the back of him !

Liz, sandals are very nice indeed! CC MI guy is dead to me. Say you're bringing pizza and then you don't? The worst!!!! Peps, welcome home to Ron!. Shirl you are the best Nana in the world.

The forecasted snow arrived and it was a mess. I don't know why we have to be all tough and hardy and we're Minnesotans, snow doesn't stop us. Let's all just stay home. But no, school's open, everything is open, I'm tromping around in snow midcalf, walking out to my car because it's been snowing all day but they can't plow the lot until some of us go home... we got over 9 inches. That's a lot in one day. Ready to be a snowbird.

DD returns to Boston tomorrow. I would be sad, but she will be home for a long visit over Christmas, almost a month. She can work from home here, but graduate classes are in person. She has a few weeks break from classes, so she's going to come home for most of it. :)

Already Wednesday tomorrow. I don't want to wish away the years that I have left, but I don't mind when the winter weeks go by fast. The trick is to stretch the summer ones!

I really do NOT miss trudging through or driving through snow! Watching it fall outside while warm at home is beautiful but not if you have to deal with it.

Quick check in on the ipad

Scrabble was fun even though I lost but not by much.

old chip has a seizure last night and again tonight. Afterwards last night he just walked in small circles bumping into furniture. He is crated after tonight's event for his safety. I will call the vet but good luck getting help. I think he is near the end but want him comfortable as long as possible. I don't think .he is in pain but very confused plus the seizures . They are full blown thrashing and frothing. This sucks

i lost as scrabble but not by much. Then it was errands and errands in search of pot pie. None found, roast chicken had to do

yay Shirley super nana!

hey peps, how much religious music do you do this time of year. Just curious. What kinds of songs are sung?

more tomorrow

Two of my dogs ended that way - it was best to let them go at that point. You will know when it is time. So hard though.

I'm so sorry about Chip, Diane! Even when they live very long, happy lives, it's not easy to let them go. Sucks indeed.
