Amazing what information we exchange here! Medications and foods causing aches as well as the cost of house cleaning!
Last night's Bocce Banquet was a lot of fun and the food was phenomenal. Mike and I stayed up talking until after midnight - quite a rarity but very nice. Tonight we have a fancy wine dinner where the chefs show off their skills and we drink lots of wine paired with the food. We will need downtime tomorrow though we have to pack for Thanksgiving week as we leave at about 7:30 am on Saturday.
Today we are going to look at a condo in our development on the harbor - with a view of boats and water. We are just curious as to whether we would want to live in something like that. Our house here is completely separate from our neighbors (though they are close together) and our view is over the golf course. The condo we are looking at has neighbors above and beside it but has a water view.
Time to do the morning Justice walk. Have a thirsty Thursday!

I think that would be a tough decision. A water view is very desirable. Shared walls are a bit of a gamble. The neighbors above would give me pause, but good construction could make it a non issue.
Not much going on here. Work was fine. Meetings both before and after school, so that requires a lot of energy. BFF returned from Massachusetts, and is beginning her 4 week stay at our house.
DH has agreed we will decorate the house on Saturday. He suggested we make it festive and fun, playing music, have some egg nog etc. I usually did the decorating alone while he was at work, and viewed it more as a chore. I like his way better. Now that he's retired, he's home every Saturday. I still can't get over it.
Nice t be able to share the decorating with DH. You are so lucky to have each other

Enjoy looking at the condo! Always fun even if you don't decide to buy.
My first load of stuff came today and it was a hodgepodge! Bed frames without mattresses and mattresses without bed frame. All my serving platters, but no dishes or glasses or silverware. Oh well, they had no way to know what they were bringing I guess. The next load has to wait until Dec 2 as I head to MI on Sunday. So no way to stay at the new house until after the next load. And it was VERY expensive. Ugh. Next time, I'll just light my house on fire and start over with new stuff. Haha.
Not much else to report. I got a Harry and David gift tower from my financial guy for the holidays and the Moose Tracks lured me in. Couldn't be less keto if it tried. Now I just want to go to bed at 5:18.
Take care all!
Getting stuff piecemeal must be so frustrating. Have a safe trip.

Hello All, Peeking in from enforced bed rest. The cortizone injection into my hip went well! Great Dr and virtually no discomfort. Surprising given the size of the needle (yes I watched as Im naturally curious) The Local pain killers will wear off at 4-6 hr mark so we will see. Im just happy to be heading down a path that should allow me to not be in pain. Thankful.
My mum is here as she had to drive me home from my procedure. She is making lunch and I will finish setting up her new mobile phone. DH gets home from Queensland around 10.30pm so he will be on nurse duties from tommorrow. My eldest son is home so he can pop out and get dinner. I did all the groceries and chores last night knowing I was going to be out of action. It is VERY STRANGE for me to just be sitting but I have to give this injection the best chance at working. There will be pjs and netflix this afternoon and maybe a nap. Who is this person !!!
Liz - enjoy looking at the Condo.
Cec - bummer about having to wait so long for the delivery and then it to be a mish mash - thats annoying
DD - The decorating sounds lovely
