In other weirdly scented things, I was gifted a cream made by one of my friends friends. It's a lovely shea butter, infused with home grown "herbs" which are not legal here. The idea is that the cream is to rub into achy joints (no pun intended) for pain relief. Now whether the herb helps, or just the mechanism of the nice shea butter massage, but it does seem to help. The cream has just the faintest whiff of herb. I live in fear that I will forget I've used it on my ankle and the drug dogs will be at school or the airport and will alert on me!

BTW, I, too, love lavender. I like the real thing and I love lavender scented things. My grandmother used Yardley English Lavender powder or cream or cologne and it is a scent that brings to me everything that is good about being a child enveloped in your Granny's love.
