It is 3:45 am! I leave here at 4:30, in Providence RI around 10, lunch with my friends at 12:30, dinner with other friends at 6. Whew!
Mike and Justice will hang out together this week probably eating at the ****tail table in front of the TV, LOL. I suspect things I generally don't eat like chicken wings and Chinese food will be on the menu, though there is one leftover meal of the WW dish I cooked last week and a salad.
I am packed (not bringing much as my warmer clothing is up North). My carryon is almost empty but will be more full coming back when I bring some stuff I forgot last month.
Time to shower. Have a marvelous Monday!

You were up not long after I went to bed!
I think this "cutting out most carbs except veggies" is working and so far I'm not feeling deprived or hungry. We'll see if that lasts and I'm not sure how this would allow eating outside the bubble of my home, which is a downfall of a lot of diets anyway... Looking back, my highest weight post-move was 223.6 on October 4. That's obese BMI territory for me. Today (13 days later) I am 214, overweight range and feeling so much calmer to be on a good track. No way that was fat loss, but shows how much water I was retaining from huge amounts of processed carbs. So out of control. Not a good place for me mentally or physically even though my brain belly (the one that tells me to eat crap and lots of it) was happy! I'm now about what I was when I got to AZ. Now to try to erase the house sale and getting ready to move weight. I still have roughly 30 pounds to lose to be where I was last Thanksgiving. Argh.
My hike was beautiful yesterday and I most of it was sprinkles through sun, which made for lots of rainbows. I just made it to the parking lot when the buckets started to dump. I had turned back from my ultimate destination partly because of that dark cloud and partly because my heart rate was so high (and not because the hike was hard). I really need to go get my blood tested. I bet I'm hyperthyroid again. Racing heart is a good indicator. I will call today.
So more low carbing it today and some exercise later. Calling the doctor's office, vaccuuming, and looking into QuickBooks for non-profits.
Have a good day all!
Liz, Such an early start and no nap on the schedule, hopefully you will sleep well tonight even though you are far away from Mike and Justice.
CC , getting off any weigh****er or not is awesome, it's weight you don't have to carry around 24/7.
I'm tired, but it could be worse. I hope to wash clothes tonight, and maybe start packing for NYC. Tomorrow I will be finishing up for sure, because I'm jumping in the car to leave for the airport as soon as I get home Wednesday. Should be meeting up with our friends for a nightcap around 9:30 or 10pm and then off and running on Thursday.
I don't anticipate weight loss this week with all the running around, my fluid intake is all off and I can feel I'm retaining water. After riding in the car for 14hours this weekend, things could be much worse. Life will have a bit more of a normal rhythm again next week. Still busy, but I'll mostly be home.
I agree with CC about your Jetsetting! I predict that when you retire you will be saying what my MIL did: That she just didn't have time for work anymore.
