It is 6:30 am and I have already been up for almost an hour. Why? Because Mike set an alarm I thought was going off at 5 (it was actually set for 6). Because I was waiting for it I was wide awake by 5. Oh well. We have to take the car for service at 7:15.
I will have to get up at about 3:30 on Monday to get ready for my 7 am flight home. There were no other cost-effective non-stop flights that day. If I was smart, I'd keep getting up early over the weekend.
Other than taking the car we have no other specific plans for tonight other than Happy Hour at the clubhouse. We are getting to know people through bocce, water aerobics etc. so it is an opportunity to enhance those new relationships. BTW, we probably have the worst record in bocce: 0-4 now. LOL

Ha! Get home and start a normal eating routine and the weight shoots up 3 pounds. WTH? LOL! Anyhow, right now my plan is to brace for a sugar withdrawal beginning Monday. Sunday will be a food prep day just to get me kick started. I will talk with the nutritionist today about whether or not it is wise for me to include my evening "treat". I believe it is a good idea. I am 99.9% certain she will support this decision. I have not seriously set out on a weight loss endeavor since before Covid. So, I'm guessing 2-3 years. I've made little stabs, but nothing really thought out and planned. I kind of know I'm ready and the eating disordered part of my brain is scared about the effort. I am feeling the urge for last suppers and have spent time exploring revision surgery. Those are two very clear indicators for me that that part of my brain where the eating disorder lives is feeling the anxiety of potential food restriction.
Getting back on Monday night soooo late and getting up early on Tuesday for school was a doozy! I'm surprised how good my energy level has been this week. I even cleaned up my office area last night! I sorted through papers, got paperwork organized and put stuff away! Still need to clean up some files. Today I have to drop by the pharmacy for refills, get to the post office, do some grocery shopping, meet with the nutritionist and groom a dog after school today. Other than that...... not much else going on here..... (Maybe I am busier than I think...)

Where did the day go?
My food/eating was good and I walked. I slept late and I think that's what threw me off. I went to the grocery store, didn't buy any bad carby foods, and made a healthy dinner. Ah, and two long phone calls with my friend and my folks.
A good day over all! My water weight is gone, so I was up 0.2.
