Yay on the first offer! 100k over asking is nothing to sneeze at. Depneds on their financing, though, if you ask me. The last time I sold a home, I took the cash offer with a 30 day escrow. It worked best for me in my situation even though I had another offer for more money....

Puppy situation pretty much the same. One of Dinah's girls seems a little off. Didn't gain weight yesterday and too low key for my liking, so she got some Nutri drops and sugar water and a little formula to get her back on track. Fingers crossed.

I continue to be tired. LOL!

This one is financed but no appraisal contingency, 20 day escrow, and $0 30 day rent back. So I'd have 50 days from acceptance for that one.
