Covid is racing through our teaching staff! My theory: we skew older, and we were early to receive the vaccines. My booster was in October, so my immunities are probably waning. I'm going to get my 2nd booster before Memorial Day weekend. DH is working, so no plans really. If I feel under the weather from the booster, I can rest, and not need to use another sick day. The good news, I don't know that any of my co-workers have been hospitalized, in that sense the vaccines seem to offer protection.

Liz, I am going to put Nashville on my list. I've heard the music in bars, restaurants is incredible. Is it mostly country, or are there other genres? I love some growly rhythm and blues.

CC, what is your biopsy going to entail? It seems a thyroid biopsy might be a bit complicated. Are you awake, or do they do the semi sleep like for a colonoscopy?

I had a a nice work out last night, I pushed myself a little, and I felt good when I was leaving. It really does eat up some stress.

Finally a day without treats at school!! The only person I had to flex my no thanks muscle with was myself.

Mostly country where we are but I think Blues in other areas. I have friends who love Blues more and went other areas. But the young voices are just so amazing!

Nashville. OMG, I am in heaven. The music! The voices! Sort of like the bars in Key West with the most amazing music. Just WOW!
