Greetings all

Oops AWOL yesterday. No excuses. I did my usual studio visit plus trip to the land of lengthy recipes (CVS) and was thrilled to find there is now a no receipt option when you pay with a card. About time some manager figured out those yard long receipts are a waste of paper and ink.

So sorry some of us are suffering colds/flu/sinus/resperatory crud. There is truly nothing more miserable. Liz hope Mike gets some relief from meds. Be grateful you can get into a doctor on fast notice. All you coughers out there - hope you have some codeine. The only way to fly. Peps, slow down! You need down time! Ditto DD and everyone. And DD, do that cruise in europe.

Thanks for the movie tip CC. I was wondering about that one. Maybe we can stream it. I am still not excited about theaters. A death in our county a day ago and cases are increasing again.

I made a pot roast with a lot of vegetables and mushrooms last night. Its pretty good and actually a good way to get veggies in. The dogs all got a little bit. More tonight. Poppy managed to eat hers and steal Tesla's food. Tesla is a picky eater.

House keeper came wednesday. She commented that the place seems less cluttered. Yay! We are making a difference!

Lots of rain these past couple of days and I am glad for it. Except my studio buddy is doing a building project and rain is not helpful so I get to hear all the *****ing. But the trees have leaves now and the tourists are starting to swarm and its all good. A large cruise ship came to our harbor the other day. One comes here only once every three years or so and its a big deal. They were met with donuts on the dock (no leis)

Speaking of donuts, why is there no other way to appreciate teachers other than with donuts? Our office used to do donuts all the time and it was just endless. For that matter, why does all celebrating have to involve sweet carbs food? Why not bring lattes and egg bites? I actually bought an egg bite maker on impulse a couple of years ago. Used it exactly once.

Not much else. I will cruise by the studio and play with some clay.

Thats about it. Diane S

Congrats on your decluttering! I know you notice, but what a thrill to have someone else acknowledge the progress!
