It is tough to find activities for people less able. We have friends arriving Tuesday we are trying to plan things for. The husband had a stroke in his early 30's which permanently compromised his movement on one side (he is 69 now). It is hard for him to walk for any length of time so museums have to be small and long walks through parks or the beach are out. Oh and they don't like going to the beach to sit either. We will figure it out!

After one sunny day, more rain. Oh well. DH is finally feeling better (there's hope CC!), so we will get back to our workouts tomorrow.
We got our proposed schedules for next year. I really like mine. Another coworker said she was going to quit if she had to do the sections assigned to her, so much drama.
My eating is schizophrenic, I am eating my 25grams of protein at breakfast and dinner (am having some trouble hitting the mark at lunch) but I've eaten a fair amount of junk too. But I feel really good this week. I haven't napped all week. I don't sit at my desk counting the minutes until I can go home and lay on my bed. I can't just ascribe it to the protein, but I will continue trying to hit those marks.
Tonight we saw The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. Not sure how to describe it, kind of a roast of Nicholas Cage and movies while also showing love to cinema, and had a few good laughs. Would recommend.
Tomorrow I'm going to a baby shower for my cousin. I was 25 when she was born, so I lovingly refer to her as my baby cousin, and now she is having a much longed for baby of her own. A happy celebration indeed.
Enjoy the baby shower. New life is truly something to celebrate!
