Happy Birthday and Happy Wedding Day! I don't think I realized you chose your birthday as your wedding day. Yet another indication (at least to me) how certain you are that this is the right move for you and Mike! By the time this posts, I think you will be officially wed - so CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

I am at work. Ron was none too happy with me for making the choice to go to work. I'm hooked up to the TENS stimulator, which helps tremendously. While it is zapping me I feel no pain. The electric current confuses the nerves and the pain signal doesn't make it to the brain. Luckily, BFF came by school with a 9 volt battery after the one in the unit conked out! It is wonderful to have a friend like that. I didn't think twice about asking and he didn't think twice about offering. That's what 39 years of dedicated friendship reaps!

Big win for the day - I put on my shoes and socks on all by myself! It's the little things that bring me joy. Still scared to death to use the bathroom! My body cooperated with me yesterday. Not so sure it will cooperate for today.

I have decided to just cancel my weekend away at the dog show. I kind of hate giving in to my incapacitation, but it's probably the wise and prudent thing to do. If I leave it an open weekend, I can rest up. I must resist the temptation to fill the time with grooming....

CC, I am so impressed by your dedication to getting your house organized and market ready! Sedona(?), here YOU come! Can't wait to visit you there!

Looking forward to all the beautiful pictures of Liz and Mike's wedding!!!

CC, you are inspiring me, I hope I can use some of your mojo this spring to do some more cleaning out. I'm not planning on moving, but I want to live better in the space I have. My house is 35years old now, and lots, lots of things need fixing, updating, and purging.

Peps, It's good to hear you found a way to be up and about while dealing with the pain, but holy cow! Please listen to your body and your pain and take it very easy this weekend.

Diane O, I hope this is the very last time you have to file with your ex. Here's to the day when you are finally untangled from him, and free in every way!

Diane F, Good luck with all the further entanglements you are having to deal with in the assault incidence. Good heavens! Get in your gorgeous new shower and let the warm water wash away some of the stress.

It's good I didn't go to work today, dear daughter needed some TLC, and for me to pick up her meds. We'll see what this new Pfizer pill they are all talking about can do, if anything. She is feeling better than this weekend, but still dragging. Its ironic that she's the one who got it, considering she has worked from home since the beginning of Covid, and has been so careful, and tests before visiting anyone etc. Meanwhile, DH and I are maskless around 100s of people everyday. I probably have a direct exposure at least weekly!

I did test, and it was negative. I am going to keep testing everyday for awhile, but I will go back to work tomorrow. Guidelines are I will need to wear a mas****il break. (March 25).

I didn't work out yesterday, but since I have a negative test, I think it's okay to go today. So that's about all the news here from Covidland.

I am seeing a lot of correlation between getting on track with purging and getting on track with eating. Both feel impossible and daunting when you're not in the right frame of mind and so easy you wonder why you don't always live like this when you find your mojo. The first person to bottle and sell mojo will rule the world!

One of the leaders I had years ago in WW said that when she knew she had to get her act together around eating she started by cleaning up her car and house. I guess it is about getting things in order.

Well I have to say you are pretty inspirational too Shirl. Like CCs mojo, we could all use a bottle of Shirl motivation!
