CC I suggest go looking for your new home before you list yours. It will sell quickly so you need a new place. I bought our current house early in the CA price rocket ship and am grateful to have this place now, be it ever so humble.

The assault issue is heating up in different ways and much burden is being put on me to solve things **** Don't like this one bit.

Steak tonight. Yum. After a hard day of scrabble playing. I even won.
