Greetings all
Glad you survived the helicopter ride Liz. There is not enough dramamine on the planet for me to ever get on a helicopter again but its great to hear the adventures of others. Except CC yikes the psycho pilot sounds horrid. Bad dude.
DH is out and about so I get to control the tv. And I just made arrangements to give a friend of mine a beautiful old rocking chair that my grandfather restored.. I have several of my grandfathers pieces of furniture and this one is just sitting unused. My friend just moved back to the area after her husband dies and has had kind of a rough time and not a lot of money. She mentioned she was looking for a rocking chair so its win win. Meanwhile, my mom's nurse is helping my SIL deal with all my mom's pictures and junk. We are ruthlessly tossing. I will get a box of pictures and get them digitized. And further meanwhile Fed ex just delivered two boxes which are more air purifiers that DH wants to put in our bedroom while the workers come to remodel the bathroom. And he has at least four newly purchased tarps to cover up all the junk he has stacked up so it won't get dusty. Geez. rant over.
Oh boy, looks like east coast is in for a mega storm. Liz hope your plans are not upset. And CC drive safe and avoid storms.
Football is scheduled for Sunday so my studio buddy will come over. That means I must make a pot roast and make it into soup. She is a fussy eater and even if there are two gallons of soup the dogs will gratefully eat it.
watching new neighbors move in. Why does their u haul truck have a picture of a sea turtle along with the words "South Dakota" on it. Odd juxtaposition.
Well thats about it. Stay safe all.
Diane S
Now a sea turtle in South Dakota wwould be a phenomenon.

I had popped on earlier and saw no thread, so I thought I'd at least start one and add to it later... So, here I am....
This week's workouts have been really quite good. I posted a video of me doing rows with a 65 pound dumb bell on TT. I have to admit that is an impressive weight for rows for a 58 year old! Hmmm.... maybe even a younger fellow????
Food was okay yesterday, but after yesterday's workout I'm up again. Damn!
Like DD, I'm a bit tired from the work week at school. It is definitely time to try to catch up on some rest. I won't get much, but I'm hoping to sneak a nap or maybe a massage this weekend.
I have not been to the chiropractor since October. I may have mentioned that mine closed up shop and moved to Arizona. I will meet the new chiropractor today. I've been well without regular treatment, but know that there are a few things going on that would be helped with regular adjustments.
NUT therapy today, too. Busy, busy, busy me.....
