Rats Peps. Sorry to hear about the test result. I would have thought you would have rousted the spiky menace by now. Nature's way of telling you to get more rest. Take care. ds

Argh! How are you feeling otherwise? The days just hanging around the house do get so long.

I am still feeling a bit bedraggled and low energy. This morning I had a lot of bronchial congestion. I got it moving and out and it hasn't come back really. I still have sinus congestion and mild headaches on and off. So I guess overall, I'd say it feels like a cold that is dragging on and on.

At one point they said a person could continue to test positive for up to 6 months after having it. Is that not the case anymore?

Thanks! Got a good deal on a WP digital subscription, too! LOL!

I can go back to work without a negative test after a 10 day isolation period as long as I meet the following criteria: no fever for 24 hours and being symptom free. Problem is I'm not symptom free, so I can't go back without a negative test prior to the end of the 10 day isolation period. The congestion and mild bronchial junk is enough that the district won't let me back without the negative test prior to the end of the 10 day isolation period. Make sense?

It totally makes sense. Thanks for explaining! Back when Mike, DD, and I got Covid this stuff was quite confusing. DD needed a medical test and they wouldn't even schedule it until 3 months after she had Covid because they were afraid she would test positive (she was symptom free after about a week).
