I could never keep pace with Liz! Amazing schedule. I am also on the resenting having to meal prep. I am always on the lookout for nutritious, prepackaged foods that also taste good. That's the trick, my DH brings a frozen Healthy Choice meal everyday for lunch, but I find them to be kind of blech. I prefer leftovers, but sometimes there ate no leftovers to be found. Like right now, I'm out of Chili.

Normal work day, the kids were Monday disgruntled. Sometimes Mondays are hard on the kiddos. After school, I met up with college roomies and we sat and talked for 3 hours. Lovely to be with people who know your whole story and still love you.
