So yoga was in the plan for this morning but they do it outside. The grass is super wet and it is windy (58 degrees, feeling like 48 degrees per Accuweather). Though I feel guilty about it there is no way I am going to go shiver through it. I had such good intentions too - rats!
I think we will take a walk later this morning. I do have fleece leggings to wear. I don't mind walking when it is cool but not sitting on wet grass. Later today we will probably go to our favorite elderly biker bar for the band playing from 2-6. You know it is geared toward us old folks when prime time is in the afternoon, not the evening LOL.
Have a safe and healthy Saturday. Don't forget the time change tonight!

Sadie and I have just begun to adjust to the time difference between west coast and east coast so another hour shift should be a piece of cake. I stayed between 140-143 the entire time I was in Vancouver, but gained three pounds on the sedentary drive home. Those rest stops do give me the munchies.
C will be served with divorce papers next week. While he refuses to leave the rental house, I still know where he is ! Florida really wasn't my thing. I've changed my license back to NY, and will use this as my home base a day more than half a hear, and travel to warm destinations the other half. I'll share more detail on TT, where I will also post the sneakers I wore out walking in BC !

Good Morning All
Im up early & enjoying a cup of tea in solitude- bliss! DH is coming down with a cold so Im glad hes sleeping in. Sleep heals.
Busy day yesterday. Picked up a 200kg steel roller for the farm with the help of my sons, a gorgeous potting table too then onto my mums - DH, DS and I did a huge yard tidy. More to do but it looks a lot better. Then home to do stuff at the Lilydale house. We had an early night as we felt our muscles The joys of getting older?.
Today Im taking Mum to do her grocery shopping. She hasnt been in over 6 mths as shes been in isolation. She isnt good with technology so I spent time loading her digital certificate so she cant check in correctly. Im expecting she will be anxious but we will so slowly. She is fully vax now so I need to work on getting her out a little more- its finding the happy medium as shes still high risk with existing health issues. Im cooking Pork Knuckle, mash & homegrown vegetables for dinner tonight. Looking forward to it. I picked a lot of broad beans yesterday. Have a ton of cauliflower which I will make a big tray of cauli cheese. Leftovers freeze well.
Liz - dont blame you for not doing Yoga on the wet grass!!! I saw on our news last night the amount of rain Florida was getting- they showed floods ! Stay safe
DD- loved seeing your post in TT. Be safe my friend
Love to all that follow. I had best get my butt moving

What is the digital certificate for? To prove vaccination? Does it have to be shown to go shopping?
Liz 5'3" HW: 219 SW: 185 GW: 125 LW: 113 Desired maintenance range: 120-125 CW: 119ish
Yes - we have a Service App on our phones - the digital certificate is stored in there. It shows full vaccination. Whenever you go anywhere you check in via a QR Code on the app. It makes it easier for the contact tracers to do there thing when a case is detected.
Most places are not letting anyone who isnt fully vaccinated into their premises. That includes retail which has just opened up. We are on track to be 90% vaccinated by 23rd November in Victoria.
So different from the US where they mostly just rely on self-reporting (not so accurate at times).
